1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Contacts Backup Recovery (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 License

SporX Analyst grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws

3 App Functionality

Contacts Backup Recovery allows users to back up, manage, and restore contact lists on their mobile devices. The App operates locally and does not require an account or internet connectivity for its core features.

4 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining appropriate backups of your contact data
• Ensuring the security of backup files stored on your device or cloud services
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines
• Not using the App to process data belonging to others without authorization

5 Purchases & In-App Purchases

Any paid features or subscriptions within the App are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchase transactions are governed by the respective platform's terms. SporX Analyst (Veysel TEKES) does not directly handle payment information.

Refund requests for purchases must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made (Apple or Google).

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SporX Analyst (Veysel TEKES) does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will not be lost. Always maintain multiple copies of important contact data.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SporX Analyst and Veysel TEKES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Veysel TEKES (SporX Analyst) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to trademarks, logos, or branding elements of SporX Analyst.

9 Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. You may terminate by deleting the App from your device. SporX Analyst (Veysel TEKES) reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time.

10 App Store Compliance

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. These Terms are between you and SporX Analyst only.

If obtained through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of the App.
