This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Space Cleaner (the "App"), published by SporX Analyst ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App on iOS and Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have built the App so that your photos and videos are analyzed entirely on your device.

With your explicit permission, the App accesses the photos and videos in your device's media library in order to identify items you may want to remove, such as:
All of this analysis — including generating the image fingerprints used to detect duplicates and similar shots — is performed locally on your device. Your media is never transmitted to us or to any third party. We do not store copies of your photos or videos. When you choose to delete items, the deletion is carried out by your operating system's standard media APIs, and you confirm each deletion through the system dialog.
You can grant or revoke photo access at any time in your device settings. If you deny access, the App's core cleaning features will not be available.
The App reads your device's total and available storage capacity in order to display how much space is used and how much can be reclaimed. This information is read on-device and is not transmitted anywhere.
The App saves a small amount of data locally on your device to make the App work, including your onboarding status, your subscription (premium) status, and a daily counter of how many items you have deleted on the free plan. This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
Smart Space Cleaner offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Premium). All purchases are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payment, billing, and receipt validation are handled by the applicable app store under its own privacy policy:
Your device shares your anonymous subscription status with the App so it can unlock Premium features. This does not identify you to us personally.

Because we do not collect your personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain. All App data lives on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because your media and App data remain on your device, they are protected by your device's own security (such as your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
