Privacy Policy
Who we are
TKS Studio is developed by Veysel Tekes (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at developer@skyboxgames.com.tr.
Information we don't collect
TKS Studio does not require an account and does not send your data to us. In particular:
- Your projects and screenshots are saved as files on your Mac (by default in Documents › TKS Studio). They never leave your device unless you share them yourself.
- No analytics or tracking. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't use device identifiers.
- No third-party SDKs that collect data are included in the app.
On-device features
- Translation uses Apple's built-in Translation framework, which runs on your Mac. The first time you use a language, macOS may download a language pack from Apple. Your text is not sent to us.
- Background removal uses Apple's Vision framework and runs entirely on your Mac.
- Background gallery images are included in the app; no internet connection is needed to use them.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple shares only the information needed to confirm your purchase, which the app verifies on your device. Apple's handling of this information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
TKS Studio is a professional design tool and is not directed at children. Since we don't collect personal data, we don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we don't hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You stay in full control: deleting the app and your project files removes everything.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
