Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Doc SignScan PRO ("the App"), developed by Veysel TEKES. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doc SignScan PRO, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Doc SignScan PRO is a mobile application that provides document scanning, electronic signature, and AI-powered form filling services. The App allows users to:

  • Scan physical documents using the device camera
  • Add electronic signatures to PDF documents
  • Auto-fill form fields using AI technology
  • Manage, organize, and share documents

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • Doc SignScan PRO offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect in the following billing cycle.

4. Advertisements

The free version of Doc SignScan PRO displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge and consent to viewing ads. PRO subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all documents you scan, sign, or process through the App.
  • You must have the legal authority to sign any document you electronically sign using the App.
  • You agree not to use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the documents stored within the App.

6. Electronic Signatures Disclaimer

While Doc SignScan PRO enables you to add electronic signatures to documents, the App does not guarantee the legal validity or enforceability of electronically signed documents in all jurisdictions. Laws regarding electronic signatures vary by country and region. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of e-signatures complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and intellectual property within Doc SignScan PRO are owned by Veysel TEKES and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Doc SignScan PRO is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, documents, or signatures.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
