By downloading or using CellScan Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CellScan Pro on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
CellScan Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features including AR Tower Finder, Signal Heat Maps, Drive Test, and Operator Comparison.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
CellScan Pro is a free-to-use application supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Advertisements will be displayed within the app for non-subscribed (free) users.
• Third-party advertising networks (including Google AdMob) may collect and use certain data from your device, including your Advertising Identifier (IDFA/GAID), device information, and usage data, to serve personalized advertisements.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Subscribing to CellScan Pro premium removes all advertisements and stops advertising-related data collection.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the app. Any interaction with advertisements is at your own risk and subject to the advertiser's terms and policies.
By using CellScan Pro, you consent to the collection and use of certain device data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to:
• Device identifiers and advertising identifiers for ad personalization
• Anonymous analytics data for app improvement
• Location data for core app functionality (cell tower locating)
• Network information for signal analysis features

Cell tower data is sourced from OpenCelliD and community contributions. Tower locations, operator information, and signal measurements may not be 100% accurate. CellScan Pro is intended for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical telecommunications infrastructure decisions.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) redistribute or resell tower data obtained through the app; (d) interfere with the app's infrastructure or servers.
CellScan Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this application.
All content, features, and functionality of CellScan Pro — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and logos — are owned by Veysel TEKES and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to CellScan Pro at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of CellScan Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
