By downloading, installing, or using MagnetoScan PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MagnetoScan PRO application ("App") developed by Veysel TEKES ("Developer", "we", "us"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MagnetoScan PRO is a multi-sensor measurement and analysis application that utilizes your device's built-in hardware sensors including magnetometer, accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, microphone, GPS, and Bluetooth capabilities.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Measurements provided by MagnetoScan PRO are based on your device's built-in sensors and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on device model, calibration status, and environmental conditions. Do NOT rely on this App for professional, medical, safety-critical, or industrial measurements.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions:

  • All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google as applicable

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob to users who have not purchased a premium subscription. By using the free version of the App, you agree to:

  • The display of banner and interstitial advertisements within the App
  • Google AdMob's collection of device identifiers (IDFA/Advertising ID), device information, and ad interaction data for ad delivery and measurement
  • On iOS 14.5+, you will be asked for permission to track via the App Tracking Transparency framework; you may decline without affecting core App functionality

Premium subscribers are exempt from all advertising. For details on data collected by AdMob, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property within MagnetoScan PRO are owned by Veysel TEKES and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of sensor measurements
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App
  • We are not responsible for hardware sensor malfunctions or inaccuracies inherent to your device

9. Device Requirements

Certain features require specific hardware sensors (magnetometer, barometer, etc.). Not all devices support all features. Feature availability depends on your device's hardware capabilities.

10. Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
